Optional website tracking choices. Optional tracking starts off. You can choose Accept optional, Reject optional, or Manage choices, where Analytics and Marketing attribution are separate and off until selected. You can reopen the same controls at any time through Privacy choices in the website footer. Your saved gc_optional_consent preference contains only the consent version and those two choices; it contains no identifier, account or email data, path, referrer, or campaign data and is kept for up to 180 days. DNT, Microsoft DNT, and Global Privacy Control override a saved opt-in.

With Analytics consent, Greener Closet may use first-party growth events, Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics to understand consented visits and product use. This may create the one-year gc_anon_id cookie, tab-scoped growth session storage, and Google Analytics provider storage. PostHog is not active. Marketing attribution is independent. On one selected Reformation product link, Greener Closet may use Sovrn Commerce only after you enable Marketing attribution and only when the separately controlled provider gate is active. No Sovrn script or automatic link rewriter loads. Choosing the attributed action requests sovrn.co, which redirects to the selected retailer and may set Sovrn's vglnk.Agent.p identifier cookie on its own domain for up to ten years to attribute the click and a resulting purchase or eligible payment. Sovrn and its merchant/network partners receive that attribution data under Sovrn's privacy policy.

Rejecting or withdrawing stops future optional capture, unmounts analytics providers, clears the growth session values, and expires optional identifiers where the browser/provider permits. Withdrawal changes the selected website action back to the direct retailer URL immediately, but Greener Closet cannot erase a cookie stored on Sovrn's domain. Use Sovrn's policy center for its Commerce tracking opt-out. Withdrawal does not retroactively delete retained provider data; use our privacy request path to ask for access or deletion.

Necessary analyzer, browsing, authentication, language, email-report, security, fraud-prevention, and rate-limit functions continue when optional tracking is refused. The browser extension has a separate privacy boundary and never receives the website preference or sets/reuses the website gc_anon_id cookie.

Email reports and the Greener Closet Brief. A requested product report is a one-time transactional message and does not create marketing consent. The optional Brief requires a separate unchecked choice and email confirmation. We use Resend to deliver these messages and process signed bounce, complaint, and suppression events so we can stop unsafe or unwanted delivery. Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ( "DNT" ) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. Greener Closet honors DNT, Microsoft DNT, and Global Privacy Control as hard denials for optional website tracking, even when a saved opt-in exists. You can also use the persistent Privacy choices control described at the top of this notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
