Long before “performance” became a buzzword, America lived in waffle knits. From soldiers layering up in the field to factory workers and farmers braving dawn shifts, the waffle weave became a staple of American life. Built for warmth, breathability, and hard use. It was simple, honest, and dependable. We took that heritage and reimagined it for today. The Core Waffle Collection brings back the texture that defined generations, built with a modern three-season fabric engineered for comfort and versatility. Our proprietary CORE Waffle knit is a blend of 69% polyester and 31% cotton. It traps just enough heat when you need it and breathes when you don’t. Super soft against the skin, structured enough to hold its shape, this is the layer you’ll reach for from the first cool mornings of fall to the thaw of spring. Layer it under a jacket, throw it over a tee, or wear it solo. However you roll, it’s built to keep up. HeiQ Fresh odor-control technology keeps this waffle knit smelling clean longer, neutralizing odor without heavy metals or antimicrobials. Built to stay fresh through hard wear and repeated washes.
A fabric with a raised grid of little squares, used in thermal base layers, henleys and robes.
The pockets in the grid hold warm air while the fabric still breathes. The texture can snag, and it shrinks if washed hot.
